SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These SMS Terms describe how OneTapReply ("we," "us," or "our") sends text messages to business owners who enroll in the OneTapReply Review Notification Program. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
The OneTapReply Review Notification Program is an SMS notification service for OneTapReply customers. When a new Google review arrives at your connected Google Business Profile, we send a text message to the phone number you enrolled. The message contains the reviewer's name, the star rating, the review text, and a tap-to-approve link for an AI-generated reply suggestion. You can approve, edit, or skip the reply directly from the notification.
This program is available to business owners in the United States and Canada with a +1 phone number. Customers outside the US/Canada receive notifications via WhatsApp instead.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in during OneTapReply onboarding (or later in your dashboard settings) by:
- Entering your US or Canadian mobile phone number.
- Selecting "Direct SMS" as your notification channel.
- Ticking the express consent checkbox with the following exact disclosure text:
I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from the OneTapReply Review Notification Program at the phone number above — new-review alerts and AI reply approval prompts. Message frequency varies (up to ~10 messages per week based on your review volume). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The checkbox is not pre-checked. You must affirmatively tick it to enable SMS notifications. We store a timestamp of your consent and the version of these terms you agreed to, for TCPA recordkeeping purposes.
3. Sample Messages
Opt-in confirmation (sent once, immediately after enrollment):
OneTapReply: You are now enrolled to receive Google review notifications and AI reply suggestions. Message frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Review notification (sent when a new Google review arrives):
OneTapReply: New 5/5 review for Joe's Pizza from Sarah J: "Amazing service and fast delivery!" Suggested reply: "Hi Sarah, thanks for choosing us! We're glad you enjoyed the fast delivery." Reply 1 to approve, 2 to edit, or 3 to skip. Reply STOP to cancel.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the volume of reviews your Google Business Profile receives. A typical OneTapReply customer receives up to ~10 messages per week based on your review volume. Businesses with very high review volume may receive more; businesses with low review volume may receive fewer. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages — only notifications triggered by new reviews on your own Google Business Profile and transactional messages related to your account.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. OneTapReply does not charge you for SMS notifications, but your mobile carrier may charge you based on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP) and Get Help (HELP)
You can cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP from the phone number receiving the messages. We also honor the following opt-out keywords:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE
After you send STOP, you will stop receiving messages from us immediately. Your mobile carrier handles STOP automatically for Twilio numbers — no further messages will be delivered. To resume receiving notifications, you can re-enroll from your OneTapReply dashboard settings and tick the consent checkbox again.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing
SMS consent and phone number information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. OneTapReply uses Twilio solely to deliver notifications to the phone number you enrolled.

8. Supported Carriers
The OneTapReply Review Notification Program is supported on major US and Canadian mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, and Telus, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
The OneTapReply Review Notification Program is available only to OneTapReply customers with a connected Google Business Profile and a US or Canadian mobile phone number (+1 prefix). You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and date at the top of this page. Existing subscribers may be asked to re-affirm consent if the changes affect the scope of the program.
