Our Story

OneTapReply was born out of a real problem. As business owners ourselves, we managed multiple Google Business Profiles and knew the pain of keeping up with reviews. Logging into dashboards, crafting individual replies, switching between accounts — it ate into time we needed for running our businesses.

We built OneTapReply to solve that problem once and for all. Instead of going to the reviews, the reviews come to you — right on your phone, with a ready-to-post AI reply. One tap and it is done.

Our Mission

Help every local business maintain an active, engaged Google presence without sacrificing the time they need to serve their customers. We want replying to reviews to be as easy as replying to a text message — because that is exactly what it is.
