Mobile notifications are optional
Mobile notifications are optional for OneTapReply customers. Signing up, paying, and using the dashboard never require SMS or any mobile channel. This page exists so customers can manage their preferences.
- Free plan: review notifications arrive by dashboard and email, with limited starter mobile alerts when available. No phone number is ever asked for during signup.
- Paid plan ($19.99/mo per location): you can continue optional WhatsApp or Direct Text alerts from Dashboard → Settings. Direct Text is available for US/Canada +1 numbers only, and SMS opt-in is a separate action that is not a condition of any purchase.
- Stopping messages: reply
STOPto any message, or toggle off in Dashboard → Settings. Replies ofHELPreturn support contact info.
