Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneTapReply service operated by OneTapReply ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

OneTapReply is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects to your Google Business Profile, monitors incoming reviews, generates AI-powered reply suggestions, delivers them to your phone via WhatsApp or SMS, and posts approved replies to Google on your behalf.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be an authorized representative of the business whose Google Business Profile you connect.
• One account per person or business entity. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payment Terms

• The service is billed at $9.99 per location per month.
• Each location includes up to 100 review replies per billing cycle. Additional replies are billed at $0.10 each.
• Multi-location discounts apply: 20% off the second location, 30% off the third and subsequent locations.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the service. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to post fake, misleading, or defamatory review replies
• Violate Google's terms of service or review policies
• Connect Google Business Profiles you are not authorized to manage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm reviewers
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent quota restrictions
• Use automated tools to interact with the service outside of provided APIs

6. Google API Usage

OneTapReply accesses your Google Business Profile data through Google's APIs. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize us to read reviews and post replies on your behalf
• Our use of Google APIs is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• We request only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide the service
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting in the OneTapReply dashboard

7. AI-Generated Content

Reply suggestions are generated using OpenAI's language models. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate replies:

• AI-generated replies are suggestions only — you maintain full control over what gets posted
• We are not responsible for the content of replies you approve and post
• You should review each suggestion before approving it
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

The OneTapReply service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Your review replies, once posted, are your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, including changes to their API, review policies, or account suspensions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
